Each season in my jewelry shop, shopjuliamarie.com, I create a core collection of all the pieces I’m wearing in constant rotation.
The current Summer Collection is a combination of our #1 top sellers and pieces you guys may not shop as often but I can’t stop wearing with some new arrivals sprinkled in.

These are a current favorite. I have quite a few new piercings so these are great to put in and not worry about having to take them out “so they don’t irritate the new piercing”. Sometimes I wear them for weeks at a time without taking them out. They are 14kt Solid Gold so they’re fine to wear in the shower and the pool, also, I do sleep in mine.
While these are a part of the Summer Collection, they’re great for sweater weather. When your chunky sweaters are covering your neck they’re great to add a statement to your lobe.
Long story short, they’re great year around not just the Summer. I’ve had mine 4+ years and still wear them all the time.
Like all of our jewelry these are 18kt gold over sterling silver so they won’t turn colors.
I have to get better/closer pix of this necklace because this photo does it no justice. This is one of my favorite layering pieces.
The bar gives it length while the heart shape makes it unique.
You can get 2 sides engraved. I only got one side engraved with the year “2004” … the year Nolo was born *cue tears*
This style comes in 18kt Gold dipped, 18kt Rose Gold dipped or Sterling Silver. I’m wearing mine on a 18″ chain.
Easily, hands down my most worn piece from my shop. I LOVE this necklace! That’s it! That’s all! I LOVE it!! It’s such a great statement piece.
I wear mine on a 16″ chain which is currently sold out however, the 18″ chain doesn’t appear much longer due to the necklace not “hanging” but more so sitting on the neckline.
I do plan on ordering an 18″ for myself so you can see it on me.

This is a newer piece to my shop. Currently, I wear this ALL the time. I wear mine on a 14″ chain for a choker look and love layering it with chunkier necklaces.
Like all of our pieces this is made in 18kt Gold dipped.

I’ve had mine 1 year and it is my most worn ring. I do wear it when I wash my hands and have not seen any wear on it from the water.
While it is NOT recommended to ever wear your jewelry in water even solid gold pieces I thought I’d let you know how it holds up with improper care lol.

I’ve had mine about 3 years and wear it on a 16″ chain.

I love this piece! It’s so fun, girly and youthful. At first I thought it was childish then I got mine, put it on and fell in love with it.

The time has come …. I’ve decided to properly cover the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year.
Previously, before I was a Full Time blogger I followed a lot of bloggers and they tended to share the same styles, none of which are my personal style. I thought to self, the NSALE has some country a** sh*t.
Then I unfollowed bloggers who didn’t align with me and my style. When I did that and shopped the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale I saw it with different eyes and found great items, my favorite NSALE purchases I still have and wear years later.
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is great to stock up on your favorite items that only go on sale during the NSale. I get a lip kit each year, update my UGG slippers, get a few fashion pieces and Nike almost always as something I love.
That’s what I’ll be sharing with you; the classic staples, items I buy every year and the best fashion pieces I see myself wearing the entire season.
Boots and outerwear are great to shop during the NSale because as we know those are the pricier items so getting a good deal can help save a few coins for you.
WTBS, I’ll be doing an outerwear and boots round up of my favorites as well. I will be sharing the best pieces (that I own, purchase or plan on buying).

Today the NSALE preview went live! I spent a few hours looking through everythig, adding my favorites to a wishlist, then going back through and picking out my favorites that I’ll wear the most. I then added those to a final edit wishlist to make my shopping as seamless as possible.
While looking, I found a few items I already own that will be included in the sale this year. I’ll be sharing ways to style my NSALE picks for now and later in the cooler months over the next few weeks.

FREE PEOPLE SWEATERS: I have both the black and cream on my wishlist because clearly I’m very into cream this season and I always want/need an oversized black sweater to throw on over my Spanx Leather Leggings (also in the sale) in the colder months.
ALL SAINTS COMBAT BOOTS: 1. I wanted these last year but my budget was like, nah girl. 2. I’ve wanted a pair of nice combat boots for a couple of years. soooo, this is the year!
FENDI SUNGLASSES: another item I’ve had my eye on for a year. This is the first item I’m jumping on. Praying to the shopping GODS I’m able to snag these before they sell out.
BAREFOOT DREAMS SOCKS: I felt the barefoot dreams blanket in store and it just felt like a blanket, idk, maybe my blanket palette isn’t bougie enough. Then last year another blogger who was like, “please STFU about barefoot dreams, it’s just a blanket” said she had a pair of socks her sister gifted her 10 years ago and she wanted a new pair and asked her sister where she got them … low and behold they were barefoot dreams. Long story long, I’m going to see what it’s really about.
NIKE SWEATSUIT: I have these joggers in black already. I LOVE them abd wear them year around. I will say the black does fade … a lot. Last year during the sale I bought the sister version of this set with the palazzo pant and still wear it a year later. WTBS, the Nike sweatsuit is a must have for me!
PLAID WOOL SHACKET: IYKYK, my cream sherpa shacket was EVERYTHING last year. Hands down my most worn outerwear. I really wanted a plaid version but stock was piecy and I couldn’t commit to a color. I like this one because the colors are subtle and chic.
STEVE MADDEN PLATFORM CHELSEA BOOT: in full transparency these were gifted. However, I did pick them out and am completely obsessed with them. I have wanted a cream/off white chunky boot for a year and of all the boots I’ve seen in the past year these are my favorite! I’ll definitely be pairing these with the Nike sweatsuit and the plaid shacket. These are available in black and tan as well.

LOVE this when I want a little cleavage this is the top I reach for! Beware, the buttons will come undone if you crossbody your bag. Speaking from experience.

My go-to shorts this Summer. They do run small so size up once.
I wanted these last Summer and finally got my hands on them this year. I don’t wear slides as shoes but I’ve worn these almost everyday between errands, the pool and walking Nolo. Gotta get my cost per wear in.
They come in whole sizes so if you’re a half size go up. Even if you’re a whole size it’s safer to go up one size than get your TTS.

My favorite basics are the ribbed tops from Abercrombie so I jumped on this bodysuit with the little cut out. It’s great if you want to channel your inner hot girl but don’t want to show midriff.
The straps are a little big on me, I think that may be because the back is cut lower than normal (high enough for a bra but right at the bra strap). I do have small shoulders so that doesn’t help.

My favorite Summer jeans, hands down! Seriously, I have 3 pairs. I thought this distressed pair would be perfect for Summer. They do come with a proper hem and rolled up but…
1. they were too long for me.
2. I thought they would look really good with a raw hem at the ankle to give more subtle distressing.
I was right!
Runs TTS, but do look at the sizing chart because it’s funny.
I normally wear a 29 or 8 but in these I wear a 30 which they consider an 8 but is normally a 10. Read the chart is all I’m saying.

A great dress to wear when it’s hot! Loose, breathable, lightweight! You can wear it as a dress, beach cover-up or even around the house.

I have been eying this short set since it came out but I don’t wear shorts and I couldn’t justify the purchase for around the house then I decided it would be great for the HGSSS so then it was justified lol I plan on wearing this on my beach vacation around the hotel or on a travel day.
The yellow print fits the mood. The sweatshirt has two kangaroo pockets but I tucked it into the shorts to give a jumpsuit look.

The fabric on both pieces is a light weight terry, terry as in sweatshirt material not the OG juicy suit material.
Disclaimer: The yellow is a bright saturated yellow. I mostly wear neutrals and the editing I use on my photos mutes color … I like to make the yellows in concrete, walls, etc more of a grey scale. So the editing changed the color of the outfit and I couldn’t figure out how to come back from that lol.

Ok, let me be honest … I LOVE this bodysuit but found when paired with denim it looks like a swimsuit lol. The quality and fit are both amazing but I like it best paired with all black (for me).

I’ve been thinking of this style pant specifically by Adidas with the classic 3 stripes. As in I visualized them and thought Adidas needs to make these for me. Finally, they did! Just for me!
I was worried they’d be too thick to wear now but this fabric is so light weight and breathable. I’m in the south so I can definitely wear these into Fall and Winter. HIGHLY recommend!

Abercrombie bodysuits are my favorite, I have this exact one in 3 colors and the long sleeve version in 2 colors. I wear my TTS
Another Abercrombie item, I always size up in their denim unless it’s the Curve Love denim. I sized up in these shorts and they’re cut and fitted. Because I wanted a looser pair of shorts I ordered these in the darker wash 3 sizes up and I really like that fit too. They’re the same short but have 2 different looks based off the sizing.

This is NOT a Summer vest, the fabric is Summer but because it’s quilted a pretty thick it’s not a great wear in the heat. However, it so special I had to get it for Fall and Spring. Runs TTS
LOVE these!! I’m wearing my TTS which normally works in jeans but my bum is VERY large so it’s swallowing and taking up all the fabric. I’d love to repurchase these in 2 sizes up to give my booty room to breath.
I’d suggest going up a size.

I can’t believe this is still fully in stock, I bought mine 1-2 months ago. This is a great dress you can have for years. You can dress it up with heels, if you like a more casual tomboy vibe pair it with sneakers and of course a nice flat pair of embellished sandals (my go-to).
It does run TTS. I’m 5’4″ for length reference.
Cute little strappy sandal, very flat but serves their purpose and are affordable. Runs TTS, will work for regular to wide feet.

Honeyyyy, it’s a Hot Girl Summer!!! I bought this back in January and it sold out within 4 days. While looking online I saw that they re-released it and added 3 new colors (4 total).
This set is a vacation MUST HAVE!
The waist of the skirt does run big but a trick it to wrap the strings around your waist to tighten the waistband of the skirt.

One of my favorite, Top 5 purchases this year! I have it in 3 colors. Blue, black and watermelon.
It is backless so you’ll need a backless bra, boob tape, a bandeau or go free.
So far, I’ve only worn the blue with these sandals but I’m excited to wear this dress in watermelon with my all white Air Max 90’s. The black will be stunning with a nude heel.
We have options is all I’m saying. IMO, this dress is something you’ll have for years and will not be going out of style anytime soon if ever.

I’ve been renovating my swimwear collection this year and wanted to share my favorite, most worn swimsuits thus far.
SPOILER ALERT it’s the same suit in different colors and textures … I like what I like. I’ve purchased 6 others this season but the 3 in the images below are by far my favorites.

Zara find! I also have this in the 2-piece orange version. I wear the two piece more as I don’t wear one pieces often … all that fabric in the southern heat just don’t go well.
I’d say it runs TTS and is cheeky … but all bottoms are cheeky on me.
Obsessed with this! If you enjoy showing skin this is great to wear out at night with a boy short or something underneath. I 100% support it!
