As I become a legit adult my style evolves. I mean I still love to play with trends but my skirt lengths are longer than before. Currently, I’m loving a Midi Dress or Skirt specifically a pencil silhouette. It allows my shape to shine like the MVP it is while being fully covered but mostly it’s visually flattering. Being only 5’3″ with short juicy legs I was uncertain how it would look on me but I’m sold and converted.
While you can get tons of wear out of a basic summer dress you’ll usually wear it out that first Summer then something else will catch your attention and BOOM last weeks favorite moves to the back of the closet. One of my favorite places to get basic pieces and trendy pieces is H&M. They usually have of the moment trends and you won’t need to spend more than $30. Their basics section which is where I picked this dress up from us usually under $20. This dress was $16.99, purchased 2 years ago but they should have something similar soon.
