If you’ve noticed I love 2 things, a sweatshirt and a ruffle, so when I found a combo of the two in the form of a dress #SOLD. I wear mostly black to my day job and I’m at a different location everyday so there is a lot (understatement) of repeat outfits. With that being said, I’ve gotten my $30 of wear out of this dress in the last few weeks. I’m not ashamed at. all.
I’ve been killing the dress with my espadrille sneakers but it looks kinda sassy with these wedge sandals as well.
As far as the fit of this dress I wanted a bit of an oversized look and wanted to offset the potential shrinkage that comes with a fresh wash and dry so I did size up. As expected it did shrink a bit after a wash. I tried on both an 8 and a 10, bought the 10 and after washing it shrunk to the fit of the 8.
